Poster Presentation (Call for Papers)

Those who wish to present a poster should review the application guidelines and register online.

Excellent Poster Award

9 posters will be selected for awards as follows:

Outstanding Award: ￥500,000 × 1 Winner
Excellent Award: ￥300,000 × 8 Winners

Application Guidelines

Call for Submissions

We kindly invite submissions of research aligned with the theme of this symposium. Applicants will be formally notified of the acceptance decision by the end of November 2026.

Language

Only abstract in English will be accepted.

Number of words

In body text must be no more than 400 words. (Table and figure are not accepted.)

Publication

Accepted abstracts will be posted on the Web in advance to the registered participants and will be distributed at the symposium site as a program and abstract book. (The advance release is scheduled about a week prior to the symposium.)

The name, affiliation, poster title, and so on of the poster award winner will be published in the Foundation's annual report and homepage.
